Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities, with a primary focus on social media management and product sample coordination.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about building brand presence through engaging content and efficient marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Manage daily posting, audience engagement, and community responses.
• Track, analyse, and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.
• Collaborate with the gallery/sales teams to develop marketing visuals, campaigns, and promotions.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to enhance online visibility.

2. Sample & Marketing Material Management

• Coordinate and track product sample requests from sales, customers.
• Maintain an organized inventory of marketing samples, brochures, and materials.
• Ensure timely preparation, packing, and delivery of samples to sales team.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments to ensure availability and accuracy of sample items.
• Support marketing campaigns and exhibitions.

3. Marketing Support

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
• Support the development of marketing materials such as brochures, catalogues, and digital assets.
• Handle basic administrative tasks related to marketing activities, online inquiries etc

Requirements

• Preferable candidates possess at least “A” Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media or marketing coordination (fresh graduates with strong interest are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
• Good communication and writing skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; basic design or photo/video-editing skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in the interior design or construction industry is advantageous
• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred

• In charge of servicing existing Client/Customers while developing new clients.
• To follow up and complete sales transactions with assigned clients and new clients.

• Provide sales and after sales service. And build good relationship with customers/client.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• To place priority in service by fulfilling client’s expectations and needs.
• To manage and keep up-to-date of latest new products, market and competitors activities.
• Self-motivated and result-oriented with excellent inter-personal skills.

Requirements:

• Candidate with outdoor sales experience are encourage to apply, 2-3 years of working experience in soft furnishing industry.
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Must able to work independently.
• Intensive training would be provided.
• Basic salary + commissions + car allowance.
• Candidate must have own transport.
